These Terms & Conditions govern the Nick Prill for Kent County Commissioner text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in to the Program, you will receive recurring text messages from the Nick Prill for Kent County Commissioner campaign, including campaign news and updates, event invitations, volunteer and get-out-the-vote requests, and similar campaign communications.
2. How to Opt In
You can join the Program by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website sign-up form, or by texting our published keyword to our campaign number where offered. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of volunteering.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. Opt Out
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
